Learning to Walk

This weekend Ty surprised us by taking his first steps! Unfortunately by the time we got the video camera out his legs were tired and he could only stand there. It is fun though to see him learning. Lucas took his first steps at 9 1/2 months and was walking well by 10 1/2 months so we didn't think Ty could beat that. But Ty is 8 1/2 months and so now we'll see if he learns quickly or decides to crawl first.

that is SO cute and SO unbelievable. I was just staring at the screen in anticipation. Let Ty know I cheered for him!

Lynne, I wrote to you on Camille's blog, but just in case you don't get it. Please go to my blog and read it! The blood clotting disease is a Garner thing and it doesn't matter if you are on birth control. You need to be tested. Phil has it and he will never be on birth control but has to take the blood thinners. Sorry I just thought people understood and now I am learning so many Garner relatives haven't been tested because they think it was just the birth control. They don't even know if it did, it COULD have made her blot clot more. Camille's thing is more of you should get the test because the birth control makes the blood clot worse if you have the disease, does that make sense?
